Is there a free trial?
Sign up for any paid account, and your first 30 days will be free of charge. If you upgrade from a free account to a paid one, the first charge will take place on the day you upgrade.
How about refunds?
We do not issue refunds for partial months. However, if you took advantage of the pre-paid annual pricing and cancel before the term is up, you can receive a partial refund based on the monthly rate.
Can I change plans/cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Once you have an account, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account from the account area.
